1. Take a deep breath and hold it for about 10 seconds, then breathe slowly. Repeat this 3 times.

2. Breathe into a paper bag, but be careful-don’t put your head in the bag.

3. Gargle with cold water

4. Add few drops of vinegar into your mouth

5. Sip very cold water slowly

6. Put a slice of lemon under your tongue and suck it like a candy.

7. Add granule sugar in your mouth. When it melts swallow it slowly.
