Ginger Detox Bath!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ground ginger
  • A few drops of ginger essential oil
  • 1 c. Epsom salts
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger (optional)

How to prepare it:

Pour hot water, and then add the ginger, Epsom salts and essential oils. Then soak for 15-20 minutes.

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water after the bath, because you will continue sweating for few hours afterwards.
