Lemon Diet Plan!

Breakfast: Fresh Lemonade, 1 grapefruit or 1 mango

Lunch: Vegetable soup with lemon juice and some boiled vegetables

Dinner: Vegetable salad and fresh lemonade

Fresh Lemonade Receipt!

Ingredients:

1 lemon

1 glass of water (200ml)

1 spoon of honey

Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemon and pour it in the glass of water. Then add a spoon of honey. Mix well , add some ice and the lemonade is ready.
