Notes:

If you prefer, you can also blend the celery using a Nutribullet, Vitamix or any high-speed blender using little water, then either drink as is, or strain if desired.

If you find the taste of straight celery juice too strong, you can add an apple or cucumber to the juice, but, this will slightly dilute its effectiveness.
