When we talk about healthy, we don’t want to say that you should eat healthy food for 2 or 3 weeks. We want to tell you to eat healthy food for the rest of your life. Here is the simple plan for you. It is really easy:

Breakfast: Include a lot of fresh juices and water

Lunch: Include a lot of different fruits and water

Dinner: Include a lot of different vegetables.

           3.  Learn What Is Your Best Friend!

Best friend is the thing that you can’t live without. Now, think which thing is that. The answer is –Water!

Yes. Drinking a lot of water will help you to go back on the right path. Even plants can’t live without water. They dried. When you water them, they go back to their right shape. It is same with people to. Drink at least 1,5 liters of water every day. If it is easy for you-drink a glass of water every hour. And always sleep for 6 hours during the night. That’s how your body will become resistant to the stress you are faced every day.
