The Christmas and The New Year are coming very soon. We are all happy during these celebrations so much that we can afford ourselves to eat whatever we can and as much as we can. Yes! We all do this- because we are sure that when these festivals are over we are going to a rigorous diet.

The Blood Group Diet!

This diet tells you what you should eat according to your blood type.

Blood type A- only vegetarian food; Blood type 2 – only daily products; Blood type AB- combination of A and B; Blood type O- only meat

The Truth!

The truth is that the blood type doesn’t choose this below. Refusing to eat some food groups in not good for you! This diet is no long termed and can cause some abnormal activities in your body.

So be smart! Eat everything, but everyday eat less than the previous day! That is the golden rule, which shouldn’t be forgotten!
