– Few prunes

Preparation:

You can prepare this breakfast the previous night for the following day.

First, pour 3.3 oz /100 ml of boiling water over the prunes. Then, cover them and leave them 5-10 minutes to cool.

Now, put cocoa, milled flaxseed and oat flakes in another bowl and pour them with yoghurt.  Mix well.

When it is cool enough, blend or chop the prunes and add them in the other bowl and mix them with the other ingredients. Put this mixture in the fridge.
