- ½ cup ground ginger
- A few drops of ginger essential oil
- 1 c. Epsom salts
- 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger (optional)
How to prepare it:
Pour hot water, and then add the ginger, Epsom salts and essential oils. Then soak for 15-20 minutes.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water after the bath, because you will continue sweating for few hours afterwards.
