Happiness Genes Located For The First Time!

One of hugest medical studies  has successfully located amazing genetic variants that are associated with happiness. This study involved 17 countries with 140 research centers and were included more than 200 researchers and more than 300,000 people. They found out that genes are guilty for our different mood. They proved that how people think or feel about life comes from genetic variants.

The assistant professor of pediatrics and nutrition at Baylor College (Huston, Texas), Alexis Frazier-Wood, reveals that they found three different genetic variants which affect human happiness, 2 different genes associated with depressive symptoms and 11 genes that are connected with neuroticism.

Studying genes may help understand predispositions

Another thing that is also important, beside the genes, is the environment and the way someone interacts with genes.

This amazing study is not closed yet. This is just a beginning of a huge discovery. The researchers agree that this is just a small friction of what follows to be discovered in the near future.
